                          It is healthy and easy to prepare at your home and it is very taste

Vegetable soup


1. cup Mixed Vegetables (mushroom, cauliflower, carrots, green peas, capsicum, beans, cabbage and spring 2. onions chopped into fine pieces)
3. olive oil - 2 tsp
4. corn flour - 2 tsp
5. soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
6. water - 4 cup
7. freshly grounded black pepper - 1/4 tsp
8. salt to taste

Method for Preparation :

How to make vegetable clear soup

    First cut the all vegetables into small pieces

step 1 : mix the corn flour properly into half cup of water.

step 2 : 3 min Heat the 4 cups of drinking water till it gets boiled and then add the above corn flour mixture and stir well and Add all the mixed vegetables once the
water becomes almost clear.

step 3: When the vegetables cooked completely then turn off the flame and keep it aside this vegetables stock.

step 4: Then heat the olive oil in a frying pan or sauce pan over medium flame for 2  minutes.

step 5:Add the finely chopped onion in to pan and saute them until it turns to light brown in color.

step 6:Finally add the vegetable stock, soy sauce, black pepper and white salt as per your taste and simmer well for some time.

mix vegetable soup is ready and it will garnish with mint leaves and onions
