stuffed ladies finger


ladies fingers - 1/4kg
gram flour- 3 table spoons
mirchi powder 2 table powder                                                                  
salt - 1 tables
corriander powder - 1/2 table spoon
corriander leaves
turmeric powder - 1/4 table spoon                                                            
nigella seeds(jeelakarra) - 1/2 table spoon
tomato paste - 2 table spoons
ginger garlic paste - 1 table spoon
ground nut powder - 2 table spoons
oil - 4 tables spoons
onion paste: 2 table spoon


  Step 1: Wash the vegetables. make a longitudinal slit through out the ladies finger and remove all the seeds.
  Step 2: Take a pan and keep it on stove with low flame, put 3 table spoon full of gram flour into pan, then add little amount of mirchi powder, little amount of salt, add little amount of turmeric, add little amount corriander powder and corriander leaves then little water and make it thick paste.

Step 3: Now take the ladies
fingers and stuff with the paste.

Step 4: Take a pan and 4 table spoons of oil. put nigella seeds and then put all the stuffed ladies fingers into it and put a lid above it. Keep it on a low flame for 15 minutes.

Step 5: Take a pan and add 2 table spoons of oil.Add onion paste,ginger garlic paste, then add turmeric powder, then tomato paste to it,after 5 minutes add mirchi powder, then add little amt of water and leave it for 5 minutes, then add the fried ladies fingers to it,then add salt for taste, finally add ground nut powder keep it on a low flame for few minutes.Then stuffed ladies finger curry is ready.
