Veg Haleem with oats:
It is very healthy to eat,the combination of vegetables and oats.veg and non-veg peoples are like to eat.This haleem it South Indian special.......
Ingredients:
Oats - 1 cup
Onion - 1(fried)
Curd - 1 tsp
Vegetables - 1/2 cup(Beans,carrot,capsicum,tomato)
Ghee - 2 cup
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili pwd - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric pwd - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala pwd - 1/4 tsp
Coriander pwd - 1/4 tsp
Green chili - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Cashew nuts --5
Method:
step 1:First take a cup of Oats and soak it for 15 min,after that,cut beans,carrot,capsicum and tomato's small pieces.then cut onions and cut it small pieces,fried it 3 min.
step 2:Take a pan and Heat ghee in a pan,put chopped vegetables and stir for for some time.
step 2: Add all the powdered masala.
step 3: Add fried onion paste ,ginger garlic paste and curd,stir for some time.
step 4: After add soaked Oats in to the mixture.
step 5:Cook for some time and adjust the consistency.
step 6: In the end add coriander leaves and green chilies.and garnish cashew nuts.
step 7:Serve in a bowl and garnish with fried onion,coriander leaves and lemon
