Mushroom Gravy Recipe:
Ingredients:
Mushroom - 250 grms
Ghee - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
For garam masala:
cinnamon - 3 sticks
zeera - 1 tsp
pepper - half tsp
ginger - 10 grams
cardamon - 2 pieces
javitri - little bit
coriander seeds - 2 tsp
cloves - 2-3
green cardamon - 3-4
nutmeg - little bit
For Gravy:
Ghee - 2 tsp
bay leaves - 5

ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
onion - 1
green chilies - 3
turmeric pwd - 1 tsp
cumin pwd - 1 tsp coriander pwd - 1 tsp
red chili pwd - 1 tsp
salt t taste
water - 3 cups
tomato puree - 2 cup
sugar little
cashew nut paste - 2 tsp
cream - 1 1/2 tsp
Method:
Take a bowl puree water into the bowl and boil it 5 min,after boiled water put mushroom clean it.and keep it side with out water...
step 1: In a pan shallow fry ghee, button mushroom, salt and butter.
step 2:Transfer the shallow fried mushrooms into a bowl and keep aside.
For the shahi garam masala:
step 1: In a pan, dry all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes. Pound it finely in a mortar and pestle.
For the gravy:
cut onions into small pieces...
step 1: In a pan saute ghee, bay leaf, cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste and onions into pan.
step 2:Add the smashed green chilly into the base.
step 3: add turmeric powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilly powder and salt for taste into that base. and add little water.
step 4:In the base mixture add tomato puree and a little sugar to balance the acidity.
step 5:Then add o cashew nut paste, pounded garam masala, cream and half a lime.and well mix it 3 min it will get fried.
step 6:Add shallow fried button mushroom into the base mixture.
step 7:Mix well the mushrooms and the base mixture. Let it simmer for 5 min, and it is rosted gravey come..
And the mushroom is ready to be served.
